What needed to work better

Blaqcrest Homes was building its digital marketing from the ground up. The immediate need was content that could show a property clearly, hold attention on social media, and give interested buyers a reason to take the next step.

Real estate videos can become slow or overloaded very quickly. The challenge was to keep the edit sharp while still giving the property room to feel desirable.

Clear choices, made for real people

I shaped the edit around a simple sequence: earn attention, reveal the strongest parts of the property, then close with a clear next step. The pacing, crops, on-screen words, and music choices were all used to keep the story moving.

The video was made for a phone screen first, so every important detail remained readable and the strongest visuals arrived early.

  • Social media rollout

A useful result, not extra noise

The final reel gave the brand a focused piece of content that could introduce the property quickly and support a wider social media campaign. It also helped establish a clearer direction for the brand online.

“Since Tomiwa came into my business to lead digital marketing from nothing, everything has just been making sense. Growth and sales have grown in a short time.”
